Her journey is a testament to her hard work, dedication, and passion for education and service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faith\u2019s academic background is impressive, having <a><\/a>completed her Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education Arts with a specialization in History\/Religion. She joined KSUC in September 2019 and is set to graduate this year. Her educational journey began at Uswet Primary School, where she served as the school president during her time in Class 8. Moving on to Kaboson Girls High School, Faith continued to excel both academically and in leadership roles. She served as a Class Representative, Hostel Representative, and Usher in the Christian Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout her undergraduate education, Faith showcased notable achievements in various leadership positions. As the class representative for both History and Religion, she played a vital role in enhancing team development and growth. Mentoring her fellow students and resolving conflicts within the team became her responsibilities. Faith embraced the challenges of managing diverse personalities and promoting inclusivity to cater to everyone\u2019s differences. Time management was another hurdle she overcame, balancing multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faith\u2019s leadership qualities did not go unnoticed, as she was appointed as a member of the prevention of HIV infection and Non-Communicable disease Committee by the then Principal, Prof. Jackson Too. Together with the team, they formulated and developed policies for controlling HIV and non-communicable diseases, contributing to the well-being of the university communication<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She served as the Prayer Coordinator in the Christian Union, mobilizing union members for prayer days and fasting activities. Faith was also part of the team that drafted the constitution for the Christian Union. Her commitment to discipline and excellence earned her recognition from the Dean of Students during the Pioneers Week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Involvement in community engagement further exemplifies her dedication to serving others. She participated in clean-up activities at Mosoriot center, tree planting at the Chief\u2019s office, and visited children\u2019s homes, bringing joy and encouragement to the kids. These experiences nurtured her sense of environmental responsibility and empathy for marginalized communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faith\u2019s aspirations for the future revolve around making a positive impact and contributing to the betterment of society. She envisions a career path aligned with her passions, strengths, and values, focusing on education, community development, or social work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faith\u2019s advice to current and future KSUC students revolves around utilizing university resources, building meaningful relationships, effective time management, engaging in extracurricular activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
