Prof. Ruth Jepkemboi Choge, PhD, is a distinguished academic leader and scholar in Educational Administration. She currently serves as the Acting Deputy Principal of Koitaleel Samoei University College (KSUC).
She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education from the University of Nairobi, as well as a PhD in Educational Administration from Moi University.
Prof. Choge has lectured for many years in areas such as Educational Administration, Research Methodology, Policy Formulation, And Leadership. She has supervised numerous postgraduate students (M.Ed. and PhD), contributing significantly to capacity-building in teacher education and educational governance.
Her research portfolio includes work on teacher performance appraisal, gender and leadership in education, social protection in education, and educational counselling. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at national and regional conferences.
In addition to her academic duties, she has contributed to community-oriented consultancy work, focusing on youth empowerment, gender-mainstreaming, and capacity building for local governance. She is affiliated with professional bodies, including the Kenya Association of Educational Administration and Management and FAWE Kenya.
Prof. Choge is highly regarded for her commitment to quality, integrity, and transformational leadership in education.
