The Directorate of the Board of Postgraduate Studies is committed to ensuring that the programmes offered are of high quality and that the processes involved conform to standards and guidelines set by the commission of University Education Postgraduate programmes at Koitaleel Samoei University have grown with time, and we anticipate to launch our PHD programmes in both school of Education and School of Business. Presently the University has two schools with formidable postgraduate research teams in several disciplines such as Marketing, Human resource Management, finance and accounting, linguistics, curriculum studies among others, The directorate is responsible for Overseeing the enrolment/recruitment of students by ensuring that the post graduate admissions policy is strictly followed and Ensuring the implementation of the postgraduate Student Withdrawal Procedure, Interruption of Studies and Additional Examination Arrangements; BPS is responsible for monitoring of PhD and Master’s programmes, departmental Precept Reviews, Periodic Review and any other quality review instigated by the University or external bodies the board Provides oversight supervision and administration of postgraduate teaching and/or research supervision as well as Budgeting of postgraduate teaching and ensuring that postgraduate teaching facilities are provided with necessary resources. The board liaises with collaborative partners, industrial partners and sponsors as appropriate to support postgraduate programmes and students and Advising and mentoring academic and postgraduate students.
