KSUC STAFF SENSITIZED ON EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Koitaleel Samoei University College staff were sensitized on effective customer service courtesy of the Public Relations Office.

The forum that sought to share the importance of customer service, the principles and strategies of customer service offered staff an opportunity to actively participate in pursuit of enhanced customer experience in KSUC.

On behalf of the Management, the Ag. Deputy Principal Prof. Rose Korir delivered an insightful address that rallied staff towards responsiveness, team work, and pursuit for excellence in a courageous and resilient manner while delivering justice and fairness in their service delivery.

The session offered staff an opportunity to affirm their commitment to enhancing service delivery as espoused the Customer Service Delivery Charter. The Public Relations Office also shared insights in the just concluded survey on Customer Satisfaction.
